Parents of Seniors Class of 2024,

Senior Silver Envelopes - Letters/Cards Needed!:

As part of an established Northview tradition, the PTO is sponsoring a “Senior Silver Envelope” for each graduate. It is a 9”x12” silver envelope with an embossed Northview crest that will hold these notes, cards, pictures, etc.  These envelopes will be given to our students at the end of their graduation practice.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1.   Only send cards, notes, or anything smaller than an 8.5” x 11.0” paper.  The item has to be flat.

2.  WHERE & HOW?  You can drop off at the front office or mail it with the following address:

(1st line) Student’s Full First Name and Student’s Last name - Example: William Smith (not Bill Smith)

(2nd line) Northview High School PTO Silver Envelopes

  (3rd line) 10625 Parson Road

(4th line) Johns Creek, GA 30097

4. WHEN is the deadline? Letters and notes MUST be received by May 7, 2024.

5. No gifts, no cash, no checks, no gift cards.

6. CAN you drop off at school? Yes, but remember flat items only no bigger than an 8.5”x11" sheet of paper.

Here’s a sample message to send to the people who have been important in your student’s life such as family, friends, coaches, and other mentors:

 Dear Friends and Family,

We are writing to let you know that ______________________ will be graduating from Northview High School in May 22, 2024. As someone who has been dear to his/her heart over the years, we would like to ask you for a favor. The school will be giving the graduates an envelope filled with notes and well wishes from the important people in their lives. This is where you come in! This is not a gift giving occasion (No money or gifts, please!), just a simple note or card that they will cherish always. If you choose to participate, please mail your card or letter no later than May 7th to:

(1st line) Student’s Full First Name and Student’s Last name - Example: William Smith (not Bill Smith)

(2nd line) Northview High School PTO Silver Envelopes

  (3rd line)  10625 Parson Road

(4th line)  Johns Creek, GA 30097

NOTE: Please address the item as shown above to ensure we receive your well wishes.  Please follow the guidelines below:
